The Tie Me Up top is an original, vintage-style top with 3/4 sleeves and a tie at the bust. This full-length top is made from ribbed rayon spandex and can be worn on or off the shoulders. It’s perfect to tuck into any of your high-waisted items or to wear with your modern jeans.
